During her time as Director of Product Management at Twitter, she led the subscriptions products organization, including development of Twitter Blue and TweetDeck. She also built teams focused on professional publishers, the top-tier content creators on the Twitter platform. At Intuit, Melika led product for Canada and later, their Americas region, gaining extensive experience working in international markets. She also served as a founding member of their Racial Equity Advancement Leadership Team, driving efforts to enable racial equity within the organization. Melika is currently a Director of Product at Spotify, where her teams drive the visual merchandising and editorial systems platform tools for the business.
